Pre Travel Clinical Checkup

Who Should Have This Checkup?
If you are traveling within the United States or outside of the US, then it is very important that you have your Physician evaluate the location you are traveling to and review your medical history and make appropriate recommendations and provide crucial advice and when necessary, prescriptions, to prevent you from getting sick and most important of all, not enjoying your travel destination.
Description
This includes a comprehensive review of your travel destination and whether your existing medical conditions are compatible to the location you are traveling to. Our Physicians will complete a very comprehensive review and provide detailed recommendations and a plan for your travel destination, so that you can enjoy quality time!
Benefits
Your Physician will provide you with a detailed and comprehensive plan for your travel destination and make recommendations on potential vaccinations necessary and provide you with prescriptions anticipating potential infections. For example, if traveling to a location with high risk of developing Malaria, your physician will provide you with the prescriptions necessary to prevent you from ever catching.
How It Works
It’s important to obtain this evaluation approximately 4 to 6 weeks prior to traveling as you may need certain vaccinations and sometimes, require two doses that are 4 weeks apart. Additionally, obtaining this evaluation earlier will allow you to focus on planning for your trip, and not your health when getting close to the travel date.
